in-person sessions are delivered from a private training facility in Battersea, SW11 — a short distance from Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Tooting and across SW London. Online coaching is available for clients anywhere in the world.

Sustain Performance
For: Busy professionals who want structured strength and conditioning — without the burnout, the guesswork, or the generic programming that doesn't account for their life.
What it is: A long-term coaching model built around the five fundamental movement patterns — hinge, squat, push, pull, carry — progressively loaded across 6-week phases with integrated cardiovascular conditioning. The only programme you'll ever need.
The structure:
3 strength sessions per week
1–2 conditioning sessions
Progressive 6-week phases — Accumulation, Intensification, Realisation
RPE-based intensity regulation — structured for your level, your schedule, your body

Back Performance System
For: People dealing with back pain, sciatica, disc injuries, post-surgical recovery, or a persistent niggle that won't resolve.
What it is: A structured four-phase coaching programme — from pain reduction and stability, through movement re-education and strength development, to full performance. Not a rehab programme that ends. A pathway back to training properly.
The four phases:
Phase 1 — Calm & Control: Reduce sensitivity, restore confidence in movement
Phase 2 — Movement Re-Education: Rebuild coordination, control, and loading strategies
Phase 3 — Strength Development: Progressive loading, tissue resilience, lifting without fear
Phase 4 — Performance & Capacity: Return to full training, sport, and the demands of your life

Ollie Weguelin has spent 12 years coaching clients through pain, injury, setbacks, and the kind of frustration that comes from doing everything right and still not getting better.
He has also lived it.
Two spinal surgeries. Multiple knee, shoulder, and ankle operations. Years of coaching 40+ hours a week while managing his own ongoing rehab. Every methodology in the Sustain Performance system has been tested, refined, and validated — not just in research, but in practice.
Ollie contributes to the Sunday Times, GQ, Esquire, and Women's Health on strength, movement, and injury. He coaches from lived experience and evidence in equal measure.
